A door that opens into an enchanted world, a dream, the dream of our soul
Chakradance is an intuitive dance of liberation and expansion, deeply healing practice for wellbeing based on the Archetypes of the psychology of C.G. Jung. It uses dynamic moving meditations, during the session Lluvia, the facilitator, serenades and tells stories while a variety of music with very different rhythms, frequencies specially created to resonate vibrationally with each of our 7 main chakras (the energy centers that regulate our whole mind-body-spirit energy system) which are related to our patterns, emotions, organs and glands. Eyes closed, the journey into our inner self begin. We enter our space and time. In a circle we start with a sound meditation. We dance and move with free and spontaneous movements. As we move our chakras, we’ll open our body to release the stuck energy that is no longer serving us. Balancing the chakras leads us to many benefits, including better relationships, improved confidence and self esteem, emotional and physical health, enhanced creativity, and heightened inspiration and clarity. Chakradance is about making a connection with our inner world – the world of our imagination, feelings, intuition and senses.
